Why in Boxing should you keep your lead foot outside your opponents if you want to 'outbox' rather than fight?
I was told by a regular at the gym to keep my lead foot outside my opponents after a sparring session but I couldn't see the logic behind it because you can't box your way in when your lead foot is outside theirs.|||By doing that you're staying away from their rear hand.|||Mark is correct, you can still box like you normally do and also not lose any of your advantage by doing so.
