Just curious. If you send someone a text message from your phone and then a few seconds later go into your outbox and erase the message so that your outbox isn't filled up will the person who you sent the text to not get the message?
Thanks! :)|||Yes, they will still get it. As long as it is sent then you delete it, it will be fine. After it is sent, it copied itself onto their phone, or the network on its way to their phone.
You can delete it a nanosecond after it finishes sending, and it will still be on their phone.|||I think, YES,its not go through and the person you text to wont receive it.I have Nokia.I can not even delete the message while it is in outbox. The only thing i can do is to move it to Draft and delete it there. As long as it stay in outbox,an arrow pointing upside is appear on top right corner of phone screen indicating that the message is in process to be sent.Once it sent succesfully,it move automatically to Sent item. So,i get know,if the message stay in outbox, its not completely sent, and if you delete it (if it possible),you will cancel the whole sending process. As it being cancelled, the recipient wont receive it.
