It's not letting me send or receive anything. I can't delete it when I go to the Outbox.|||You may need to take Outlook "Offline" to remove an item from your Outbox. Go to Tools and choose "Work Offline". Remove the item then uncheck this option to get back online. Outlook will make it very hard for you to delete an email when it's still trying to send it.
Good Luck!|||exit outlook.. then restart.. it should remove any unsent items..|||when outlook is open go to the tool go to send/recieve mail click on that, if it still will not t send call your isp you may need t change you incoming and outgoing port numbers
