I have an email that is hung up in Outlook 2003 Outbox. What can I do to delete that email?

15 MB file with Charter Communication. Outlook says transmittal has started and computer has been re-booted and I can't manually delete email.|||I can't really help because I don't know the answer. You say that you are using Outlook Express; I recommend that you switch to Signing In online. It's safe because if your computer has adwares or spywares or viruses, then they know your email account and password. Yahoo mail is encrypted. Create a shortcut to mail.yahoo.com by going to the site and dragging the URL Address to your desktop. Hope this helps a little bit.
