Why does Microsoft Outlook keep attempting to send a message that does not exist in my Outbox?

I have my Juno account set up to send/receive mail in Outlook, and it is kind of fussy. The last couple days it keeps trying to send out a message that does not exist, and it keeps showing an error message when the task fails. What can I do?|||Turn off your auto send receive option in MS Outlook.
