How do I extract email addresses from My inbox and outbox to save as contacts in Yahoo Mail?

I have many email addresses that have not been saved in Contacts Address Book.How can I extract all of them and save them to Contacts?


Some time back Yahoo usedd to ask if it can extract mail addresses from inbox and save them,and this it did in bulk.it included all mail addresses ,whether cc,forwards etc?is this feature still available?|||When you open an email from an address you wish to add to your contacts list. Go to the right and click on the icon that looks like a Rolodex card. The Contact will be added.
