How do I get my outbox to send my emails from Outlook Express 6?

Every time I make an email, I try to send it, and it seems to be stuck in the outbox. How do I get them to not be stuck in the box and to be in recipient's box?|||This is what you do..turn of your antivirus program for a sec and see if you are able to send it..if this solves your issue..call the provider of your antivirus software and get them to show you how to turn down some of those settings so you can send your emails
