I've heard that nothing is ever really deleted, that everything that is typed into a computer is recorded and can be extracted. Is this true? Can I recover something I deleted if my computer does not have anything like Spector Pro?|||Look in your sent mail folder!|||It might still be at your server, depends whether your settings retain your mail at your ISP server.
Why not contact the person you sent it to and ask them to send it back to you?
