Trying to send email. Box comes up telling I have to be checked as real person go to outbox?

Box pops up telling me that an email was not sent. A check is necessary to determine if I'm a real person. Told to go to outbox and retry, given security word to type but doesn't allow copied code to be entered. Then whole process has to be repeated. What's this all about? I just want to send my email from outbox.
